Pros: delivered in 3 days, loved all the gifts included, hair was very soft as silky. No tangles, very nice quality. Cons: hair seems a bit shorter and thinner than what I expected. However, that’s not too bad because the thinner texture makes it a bit more manageable. The seller was very proactive w their communication. Things to know about this wig: 1) it does not shed! Of course you’ll have the straggly hairs here and there but I’m a heavy handed comber and I have lost maybe a total of 10 hairs in the past two weeks, even with using heat. 2) USE HEAT PROTECTANT. This is human hair, and if you use heat on any human hair you need to protect it to make sure it lasts. I’ve used a hot comb, flat iron, wave iron, hot air brush, and curling iron on this hair. By using a heat protect and an anti frizz serum I always had good results. 3) this hair can hold a curl! I crimped it and used no additional product besides the heat protect, and the curls stayed beautiful for days even after brushing it out multiple times. I really can’t rec this hair enough. I want to be transparent and let y’all know that I was comped for my review but I truly believe that this hair is very high quality. I have literally worn this wig every day (EVERY! DAY!) since getting it. I plan on buying another in a longer length for styl
