Q. Return Policy
A. QVR Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through qvr.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s), and all sets that have not been opened,worn,or tampered with. The unauthorized rejection /return/exchange is not accepted, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.
Q. Customer Need To Know Before Return
A. Items must be unused, undamaged, no any operations, original condition, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If the product is not in its original state (for example, the hair is a little damaged and needs hair care due to a return or other accident), QVR store has the right to deduct 10% to 20% of the order price from the refund amount or even not issue the refund.
Q. Return Request Steps
A. Please make sure to contact us at email service@qvr.com to complete return process at first. Pls providing additional details, such as the reasons for returning and any relevant pictures, will help us expedite the process. Once we confirm your return request, we will send the return address to you.
*The unauthorized returns/exchanges will not be accepted. Please strictly abide by our return and exchange policy. We will not accept packages that customers do not contact us or return without permission. The related losses will be borne by the customers themselves. We are not responsible for this. Please understand.

Q. Important Note

Customer need to be responsible for return shipping costs together with the Custom Tax If the returning is due to buyer’s problems except product quality issues(Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size etc.), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee. Please send your return with a trackable info, QVR will not be responsible for lost returns.
Q. Non-Returnable Items
A. Special Sale Products, customized products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.
Refund Policy
Refund will be processed within 48 business hours (except weekends and holiday) once your returned package is received and inspected by our factory. Customer usually receive the refund within 3-15 working days (except weekends and holiday). However, different payment methods have different bank refund processing times.We suggest customer to contact card back to check correct refund processing time.
