It’s exactly as described. I have searched high and low for this hair, because they don’t have them here in New England. I end up ordering another 3 packs to have on hand.
The hair quality was great, the customer service is what I had a problem with. I tried to cancel the order because it wasn’t gonna come in time for me to get my hair done. I was reassured that it will arrive in time for me to get my hair done so not to cancel it then it showed up in the system that it was supposed to arrive on time Friday morning After Friday morning 24 November came and gone. I didn’t show up until that Tuesday I still had to pay for an appointment where I wasn’t able to get my hair done. I got nose no reimbursement I got no real remorse for anything. It is basically were swept under the rug to me and I will never order from the website again, thank you for your business .
