Very Disappionted

I was so excited when I seen that the hair style that I've been wearing for the past year comes in human hair , I was ecstatic.
I ordered 5 bundles of the spring curl natural black 18inch without hesitation.
First of all your delivery promise was off. I ordered on a Wednesday and it didn't come until the following Wednesday. But that was OK, I was doing my own hair so it was no biggie.
Second the hair didn't measure 18 inches more it measured 16 inches, so I had to take extra hair to make my twist longer. ( Good thing I bought the 5 bundles instead of 3)
THIRD!!!!! All of the hair I mean 4 bundles out of 5 were butchered .
I was so upset I can't return it because. I had already opened the packages. I'm so very embarrassed. I trusted an outside person other than my local beauty supply store. I'm appalled. It's in my head it looks descent but sorry. I can't refered anyone to your company. I want to buy other products but trusting your company is on the fence right now.
